Dedicated to the loving memory of Tony (Anthony Allsop)
This site is a tribute to Tony, Tiger Tone, Anthony Allsop, our Dad and much loved husband of Marian Allsop.
Tony was born in Coventry on 23rd Feb 1930. In 1957 he moved to Canada where he met Marian.
For Tony it was love at first sight, and they married on 8th August 1958.
In Canada, Tony and Marian had 2 daughters, Debbie and Wendy, before moving back to Coventry and completing their family with Tracy.
Tony will be best remembered for his love of Speedway, Dean Martin, hitting the dancefloor for a jive or a waltz, darts, dominoes, bingo and of course his love of reading.
Sadly, Tony lost his battle against lung cancer on 11th September 2020, aged 90 years young.
He is much loved and will always be remembered by his family.
